Abstract (EN)
With changes and developments in the media, access to information at different levels has become very easy and fast. Thus, in the sense of "the ability to access, analyze and evaluate diverse media content", media literacy is of great importance for the accuracy of information to be received by the media. In this context, one of the main objectives of media literacy is to deal with the accuracy of information obtained from the media, and the fake news, as a concept containing false information going against the media education, is one of the main obstacles to accessing true information. The purpose of this thesis is to study whether there is a direct relationship between media education, a skill that should be acquired from an early age, and awareness of false information.
