Abstract (EN)
The purpose of this research is to explain from which resources the multinational companies provide their staff, if the employees and the managers are affected by this choice, and at the same time the effect of the education on the company executive.In this research, which is aimed to explain the factors that mostly affect the choices of the multinational companies in Turkey by surveying the staff and executive resources, the scanning model is used as the process.In this context, the total field under survey is the staff and the executives in the multinational companies, of Ankara. The sample is constituted by random method from a total of 121 staff and executives who work in these companies.To accomplish the aim of the research, a poll was prepared by the researcher for measurement. For this, a literature examination was carried out at first. After that, a poll was framed suitable for the purpose of the research. Since a score cannot be yielded by these questions, which forms the database, and there has not been a workout on this matter, the process of poll-preparation was carried out by expert-consultation. The prepared poll-questions were asked five academician, two of which from the Measure and Evaluation Department (Ölçme Değerlendirme), other three being from field experts; then it was re-designed to be ready to apply according to the bills with necessary corrections. By examining the staff and the executive resources in multinational companies in Turkey, the matters, which give information about the mostly-used models in choices, are employed. A fivefold gradation was made to evaluate the views of entrants, namely ?Never?, ?Seldom?, ?Sometimes?, ?Often?, ?Always?.To analyse the database which is yielded from the entrants, working in multinational companies, SPSS 15.0 (Statistical Package For Social Sciences) was utilized and the search data was solved by this programme. By examining the staff and executive sources in the multinational companies, of Turkey, to evaluate the views of the entrants, about which factor is mostly utilized in selections, frequency (f), percent (%), arithmetical mean ( ) and standard deviation (S) values were determined and a ? findings part? were generated.The findings showed that the staff-choice approaches of multinational companies favor their domestic ones. That is, the multinational companies, run in Ankara, are choosing the empleyees and the executives from their own countries. In this connection, companies do not benefit from the hosting country.As for the conclusions, the entrants thought that the staff and the executives chosen from the hosting country are more successful.That the companies? attention for the necessary education is a different subject which shows that they apply certain education programmes, such as culture adaptation orientations, language education, responsivity education and positioning experiences to the staff to be taken in charge.
