Abstract (EN)

This research was conducted by conducting a survey to determine the cultural diversity perceptions of Turkish managers working in the Swiss Company SGS operating in Turkey. Cultural differences that distinguish people from each other are called cultural differences. People can live collectively with the help of culture. Each society's culture is made up of original qualities. Values, norms, culture, may not be similar to other cultures. Globalization, the development of technology in its simplest terms in general terms, the increase of international commercial activities, etc. The reason for this is that the integration of the world, for example, is the convergence of the two. In some cases, countries can establish firms in foreign countries in order to attract foreign investments to their countries or to gain access to new markets in international markets. Because of these many reasons, there are many cultural differences in the way firms try to serve in foreign countries. Key Words : Culture, Cultural Difference, Perceptions of Cultural Difference
