On the contrary, this kind ofjustice has not been provided. But the general purpose has been to raise the distributionshare of the middle class. There is a 70 fold difference between the people of the lowestand highest income groups and this shows the unfairness of the justice of incomedistribution.It will never be possible to see that income distribution will balance itselfon its own. That is why the state has to intervene, and has to provide justice throughsecondary distribution, these sorsts of applications are generally an acknowledgedmethod. This thesis was about the public politics of income distribution justice and is inharmony with the statements mentioned above. The public or government has tointervene into income distribution by its own means, besides they have to provide themost possible justice to their citizens.By intervening through its own means, the government has to know whichmeans to use or has to decide which means will be the most effective according to thecontemporary economical conjuncture or to decide on the level of intervention by itsown politics. These public politics are various. This thesis summerizes the generalstructure of public politics while the intervention to income distribution is the majortheme.As a result, income distribution justice is one of the most difficultaims to provide in the world. A look back in history shows that even countries in theirtop eras have not been able to provide income distribution justice. Income distribution isin a better condition in developed countries than in underdeveloped countries. However,in our country the income distribution is in a very bad condition. In a country likeTurkey which has a young and dynamic structure, bad income distribution maymortgage our future. The socio-psycho effect of bad income distrbution is very strong.One reason why today mafia series have rating records on TV is the bad incomedistribution, in other words, moneylessness.Key Word : 1) Income Distribution, 2) share 3) distribution 4) Income justice5) Distribution politics.
