Abstract (EN)

The geographical structure of each country has different features. Therefore, each country has a different understanding in the political, economic and social fields. The characteristics of the society affect the education system. In this context, Reform movements offer opportunities to improve the education system. In order to increase the quality of education, it is important to follow the education system, education management and education control indicators. The educational administration and supervision of the system under study, Georgia and Turkey were examined. In the research, the education systems were compared and findings of education management and supervision systems of both countries, training methods, selection, training and appointment of managers and differences between institutions were obtained. The results of the study, working in educational administration and control system in Turkey training managers, investigators, are intended to decide which school principals and teachers to contribute in the implementation process. The Ministry of National Education has created three career steps, namely teacher, specialist teacher and head teacher, in order to increase the quality, prevent burnout and turn the teaching profession into a career profession. Georgia is the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports responsible for the education control system. According to OECD data, the quality of education increases rapidly with the reform movements in Georgia.
