Competition analysis on the Turkish domestic air transportation

It is observed that the competition of Turkish domestic air transportation gradually increases day by day. Especially, after deregulation of 2003, competition bring a new dimension to airlines. There are lots of different internal and external factors which affect airlines competition in Turkish air transport industry that is improved above - average value of the world. Therefore, it also seems that all airlines which perform domestic flights make effort in order to take advantage by their competition strategy in air transportation industry in Turkey. In this study, it is investigated - presented reasons of different airlines competition strategy and impressions of service process by reviewing Industrial conditions of Domestic Air Transportation in Turkey afterwards, implented basic strategy of airlines is examined in detail by means of academical and business perspective and explanined with their equivalent of theoretical ipmlementation.
