Özet (EN)

Job search behaviour is described as effort and time amount people plan on allocating to job search and ability which can be fulfilled various job search activities. Behaviour whose a person search a job or want to obtain information about job facilities from labor market is affected by many effects. Job search behaviour which iş a process both unemployed and employed are within iş investigated with different approaches and variables.The basic aim of this survey is to determine factors which affect job search and searced manner of working in Turkey. Fort his purpose, TUİK labor force quastionaire which was applied to residents per house in 2009.The factors which affect job search has analysed with binary logit model and the factors which affect searched manner of working has analysed with multinomial logit model. Job search and searched manner of working has been looked over by three different states which are as 15 ? 64 aged people, unemployed and employed.
