Abstract (EN)

Entrepreneurship, which is the most important determinant of success in the market economy, is also the driving force of economic growth and development. In our country, especially since 1990, we see that women are increasingly involved in entrepreneurial activity. Because the development of entrepreneurship among women is a tool to gain a solution for women's unemployment and economic independence. Providing women with entrepreneurship through supportsby means of various institutions, organizations and policies is not only an investment for women but also an investment for the development of society. Because strengthening women positively influence economic growth and development by offering more equipped human resources. In this context, it is inevitable that women entrepreneurship issupported at an increasing rate and that work in this field is increased. In this study, the general profile of women entrepreneurs in Malatya provinceis revealed and the problems encountered by women entrepreneurship in the process of establishing and running business are determined. It is also aimed to reveal the expectations and demands of entrepreneurship activities of women entrepreneurs.
