Abstract (EN)
The public services, which vary in time and changing social conditions, has to be carried out by state as partially and equally. The civil servants are the agent by which the state delivers these services. The aim of this work is to find out whether a separate set of rules regarding to bringing the civil servants to justice is necessary, by comparing different practies in different jurisdicitions and assesing the adequacy of the legal framework deliniated by the Law No. 4483 on the Trial of State Employees and other Civil Servants, put into force in 1999, under the light of 9 years practice.
