Abstract (EN)
Public investments divides (varies) in different functions and in a country it can show diversification. Outcome of this study is to show how public investments might have regional differences. In this context, purpose of the study is to show how public investments vary regionally in Turkey. To prove this diversification Duranton-Puga index was used regional indifference. In addition, ESDA was used in this study to figure out placement grouping which that regional difference might occur. As a result of data, regional index according to parts between 2002-2014 was prepared and with ESDA analysis, positive and negative grouping according to parts in 2004, 2005 and 2007 was figured out.
