Abstract (EN)
The phenomenon of informal economy, attracting the World's attention and many studies are being carried out on this subject since 1980s, continues to be one of today's major macroeconomic problems. Although a systematic study is carried out and the improvements are recorded by the government along with the literary studies to prevent the informal economy in recent years, it is said that it is not possible to prevent this problem completely. In particular, in the studies, the security units are expected to fight against the crime economy that means hiding the prohibited activities focusing on the informal economy arising from the concealment of legal activities. In this study, it is indicated that the phenomenon of informality needs to be addressed to concealment of both legislative and prohibited activities together. In addition, unlike other studies, it is expressed that the phenomenon of informality can be eliminated completely irreversible in this study.
