Investigating the texts in Turkish, Kazakh, Russian language course books lectured in the 7th grade in Turkey and Kazakhstan in terms of values

The purpose of this research was to determine the values conveyed by the in Ministry of National Edication's Turkish cours books and Kazakh and Russian cours books at the 7th grade as beeing apporoved by Kazakhstan Education and Science Ministry and similarities and differences between course books are taught in two countrie. In the study, all the texst in the cours books were analyzed, and sample quotations realted to the sentences indicating the values were inclueded. These values were gathered under four main titles including the national, universal, scholarly and religios values. Qualitative research method was used in the research. In addition, the types of texts in the textbooks were determined. As a result of the study, it was determined that there is a similarity especially in the distribution of universal values in the textbooks taught in both countries.
