Abstract (EN)

The main purpose of this study, clustering processes and shapes are examined on the basis of cold chain logistics. On the other hand, in this study, in cold chain logistics in Turkey, the proposal for a clustering model for the fresh fruit and vegetable products are also made. Proposal involved in the research part of the study, Turkey's status in the cold chain logistics in the present process, the age-specific fruit and vegetable production, which compares with successful countries in the world in this field. The purpose of the study, Turkey's to be taken of the front eye contain the fresh fruit and vegetable production in the hands of countries by the fact that how a cluster model and the elements within the cluster model, Turkey's determination that how it should be according to their own conditions and is presented as a recommendation. For the realization of this objective of the study was assumed that the cluster model which was developed by Michael Porter and through this model, Turkey's current requirements and potential with the means to be considered a unique model proposal is being carried out. for model consideration institutional and productive structure of conditions and constraints owned by Turkey, especially the work named "Cold Chain Logistics Management" for the second section of the global cold chain for Turkey's activities and logistics activities from the assessment that compares with a SWOT analysis It was used. Nevertheless, cold chain clustering activities that make a difference in the world and provide significant scale contributions to the economies of the countries are examined in details.
