Legal problems encountered at mining in Turkey and evaluations

Mining has great importance to facilitate of people's live. Many tecnological advances were saved by the contribution of natural resources. The importance of using natural resources is increasing day by day. Countries make their own mining policies on using natural resources. Thanks to this policy and the laws enacted on the use of mines is expected to conservation of natural resources on earth. Mining Law, examined how to do their mining law describes that state's mining policies, the use and the use of mineral rights. Law determines how to do their mining activities in line. In this study, Turkish Mining Law, examined until the Ottoman Empire and the United States, South Africa, Australia, Kazakhstan, Canada, China, France, Ghana, Peru, Nigeria Mining Law were given as examples.
