Abstract (EN)

The problems caused by terrorism are evolving from a local dimension to a global dimension. The Republic of Turkey always comes face to face with acts of war and terrorism in the neighboring countries. After the US-Iraq war and the Arab Spring, it enables terrorist organizations to strengthen their organizational structures in countries neighboring Turkey. The fact that the good relations between Syria and Turkey took a different dimension after the Syrian civil war has enabled the expansion of the sphere of influence of terrorist organizations in the region. After the terrorist acts of PKK and DAESH terrorist organizations targeting the Republic of Turkey, Turkey has increased its security measures to protect its border security. In order to reverse these threats, the S-400 air defense systems supplied from Russia; It has disturbed NATO, of which Turkey is a member, and the US state, which is called a strategic partner. With the rhetoric of threats and sanctions, it negatively affected the bilateral relations between the USA and Turkey. This language used by NATO and US officials has been analyzed by discourse analysis method. Over the attitudes of the structures that Turkey is a member of and which it calls allies, on issues concerning Turkey's national security; In this study, a study will be presented on the problems and solution methods that a state may encounter in matters related to its national security.
