Özet (EN)
The evaluation of economical loan of Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) and Computerized Tomography Imaging (CTI) procedures to SSI generates our main aim of this study. In our study, the evaluation of the numbers of procedures for MRI and CTI and the costs of procedures which have been realized pursuant to health facilities between 2008 - 2011 in Turkey has been targeted and the effect of increasing the MRI and CTI procedures' fees at 2010 in comparison with the numbers and costs of procedures has been tried to be detected. Between 2008 and 2011, the expenditure ratio that is made for MRI and CTI operations was 3,54% in 2008. And it increased to 3,77% in 2009 then decreased to 3,75% in 2010 and 3,59% in 2011. On the contrary, an increase was observed in private health care facilities. There has been serious increasing number of MRI for all over Turkey between 2008-2011, this raise has been two times in year of 2011. Checking the type of MRI is the biggest part belongs to MRI, vertebra and lomber by the rate of 25-30% in the between the year of 2008 and 2011. MRI, brain has been take second rank by the rate of 20%, MRI, single joint has been take the third rank by the rate of 17-20%. It has been taken attention when to look at the total numbers of CTI is raising about 50% since 2008 to the year of 2011. It has been shown that the biggest part of the type of CTI is belongs to the brain CTI by the rates of 30-33%, at the second rank is thorax CTI by 14-16% and at the third rank is upper abdominal CTI by 11-12% rate for all the years. The other important finding is decreasing of the difference of the procedural quantites between MRI and CTI from 41% in the year of 2008 to 3% in the year of 2011.The most MRI procedures had been made in Çankırı, Burdur and Erzurum with regards to the total patients' appeals in the private health facilities. At the Ministry of Health?s second stage health facilities, it has been shown that, in the cities of Kilis, Yalova and Düzce, the most MRI procedures had been made , however, it is not very high when compared to others. At the Ministry of Health?s third stage health facilities, it has been shown that the most MRI procedures had been made in the city of Ordu. Finally, at the university health facilities, it has been shown that the most MRI procedures had been made in the cities of Kütahya, Adana and Balıkesir with regards to the total patients' appeals. According to the type of health facilities, the Unidirectional Variance Analysis had been made for understanding there is any difference or not of the MRI procedures with regards to the total patients' appeals and has been found the result that is significant difference as statistical (F= 16,681; p=0,000). The most CTI procedures had been made in Ağrı and Muş with regards to the total patients' appeals in the private health facilities. At the Ministry of Health?s second stage health facilities, it has been shown that the most CTI procedures had been made in the cities of Hakkari with regards to the total patients' appeals. At the Ministry of Health?s third stage health facilities, it has been shown that the most CTI procedures had been made in the city of Ordu. Finally, at the university health facilities, it has been shown that the most CTI procedures had been made in Sivas and Adana with regards to the total patients' appeals.According to the type of health facilities, the Unidirectional Variance Analysis had been made for understanding there is any difference or not of the CTI procedures with regards to the total patients' appeals and has been found the result as significant difference as statistical (F= 13,557; p=0,000). According to the Tamhane's T2 test which has been made to identify how the type of health facilities affected by, it has been shown that the CTI procedure numbers are greater than the second stage government health facilities with regards to the total patients' appeals and the difference is significant as statistical. The relations with General Health Insurance coverage and MRI procedures' numbers has been reached on positive site and powerful result by using Pearson Correlation Analysis (r= 0,988, p=0,000). The decreasing of the fees caused to increase the numbers of procedures. According to the related example t-test this difference hasn't been found significant (t=-1,567; p=0,122). In our country for distrubuting the limited resources in an efficient way, data about health must be transformed to information initially. When we process the data, we can see the current structure, and then make plans about future. For that matter, with the help of this study, examining of data about imaging methods could be very important data source for SGK policies here after.
