An application of Turkiye's foreign debt analysis over the periods of 1990-2003 and 2004-2015

As it is all over the world, the government in our country also applied financing methods in order to supply finance for carrying out it's duties. Among these, internal borrowing and external borrowing clearly are quite important. Looking back our country's economical history, borrowing has been a point at issue over many periods. The purpose of this study is to compare Turkiye's internal and external borrowing data in international currency of dollar to produce correct results and commenting these results. Thus, it is aimed to clarify the continual debates over internal and external borrowing and also to shed light on future studies.
