The cultural policy applied of Turkey in Albania and the Bektashis

The aim of this study is to examine the effects of the activities carried out by the actors representing Turkey in Albania on Albania and Albanian Bektashis within the framework of cultural policy. In this context, the activities of the actors were examined and evaluated. In order to ensure that the study presents a broad perspective, methods such as observation and field work were used while evaluating the activities of Turkey, and the activities of the institutions between 2016-2022 were taken into account. Activities carried out in the name of cultural policy have a great role in Turkey's becoming more known in the international arena and playing a more active role. Most of Turkey's activities are managed in Albania by the Turkish Embassy, Yunus Emre Institute, Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency, Turkish Maarif Foundation, Directorate of Religious Affairs and Non-Governmental Organizations. and continues. As a result of the activities carried out by the Republic of Turkey in Albania, from cultural and artistic activities to infrastructure and economic support, from education to health activities, it both contributes to the management of cultural policy and helps to gain allies in the Balkan foreign policy. Turkey's active role in Albania and the activities it carries out to support the stable relationship between the two countries aim to improve relations with sub-identity groups existing in the society and contribute positively to the country's image in the world and in the region while promoting the country. As a result of this study, it has been seen that the activities and activities of the important actor state institutions and non-governmental organizations that shape the cultural policies of the Republic of Turkey in Albania are effective on the society, but it is not effective and decisive due to the lack of an activity on the Bektashis. In order for Turkey to gain more prestige and progress in Albania, it was determined that it would be beneficial to reorganize the diploma activities of the actors according to the groups and cultural diversity within the country, and suggestions were given in the conclusion section.
