Abstract (EN)

Agriculture has an important sector for countries because of it?s connection with people?s nourishment. When the second world war finished, the countries had followed a way which was protected. Non-Tariff Barriers have increased in recent years because of the restriction on importing while customs tariffs have been decreasing related to WTO meetings. Those barriers are based on health, security, environment and consumer protection. EU has got important share at Turkey?s import and export. EU is the major trade partner of Turkey. Turkey is realizing with EU the fresh fruit and vegetables important share of trade. Conscious of consumer are developed at like EU countries or country groups. Because of this consumers want to have some special and standarts of goods. In this work Turkey?s export of fresh fruit and vegetable to EU and which is Turkey non tariff barriers at export and for over came these barriers rulos which are should follow will inspect. Poll had to taked with firms which are fresh fruit and vegetables exporting. Barriers when Turkey?s exports with EU are barriers of environmental, human healty and restrict of parts. For pass these barriers the firms must have some certificates and standards. EurepGAP certificate which is important. Important parts of firms have these certificates and standards.
