Abstract (EN)
VII ABSTRACT In this research, Turkish agriculture, Agricultural Policy which is applied in Turkey and EC, the harmonization of Turkish Agriculture in EC Common Agricultural Policy and by the help of Greek example, Turkish accession to EC was investigated for the effects of agricultural sector. The result of this research show that Turkish accession will increase the agricultural production and this increase will bring another responsibility to EAGGF. The production level of some products and the product groups which are self sufficient in the Community will be the same or will decrease, but they will support only the production level of Mediterranean products which are not enough for Community. If Turkey joins EC, instead of exporting traditional crops, Turkey will export oil seeds and durum wheat. For Turkish agriculture the structural funds will become more important rather important than the funds related to price and market policy EAGGF. If Turkey will not make plans about productivity and to get better of animal genotypes, the livestock sector will be minimized and Turkey will be a net importer for animal products like Greece with this production level.
