Investigation of Effective Factors at the Sports Success and the Career Planning of the Athletes the Turkey Olympic Preparation Centers. This research was conducted to determine career planning of athletes' who participate or possibly participate in Olympics, maintain their training in Turkey Olympic Preparation Centre that established in order to educate athletes for Olympic games and effective factors of their sport achievements. As a data collection tool in research, a likert type of athlete's career scale developed by Bingöl (2011) of which reliability and solidity made that consist of 47 items and personal information form to obtain demographic information was used. The universe of the research is consisted of the athletes who elected by the criteria determined by Olympic Sport Federation and Ministry of Youth and Sports and athletes who sustain their preparation in Olympic games target in centers of TOPC (Ankara, Adana, Antalya, Artvin, Bolu, Bursa, Erzurum, Gaziantep, İzmir, Kahramanmaraş, Kayseri, Kocaeli, Konya, Mersin, Rize, Sakarya, Samsun, Trabzon) the sample of research group is consisted of 270 voluntary athletes taking part in Olympic centers at the age of 14 and over. After obtaining the research data, the data were analyzed in SPSS 22 statistical package program. In the process of analyzing the data, frequency and percentage statistics were used to determine the demographic and sporty profile of the athletes; average and standard derivation statistics were used to determine athletes' career planning during their sport career. t-test and anova for variables that show normal distribution; man-whitney-u, kruskal wallis difference tests for variables that didn't show normal distribution were applied. The obtained results were statistically tested by p<0,05 significance level. Thanks to research it was concluded that 22-25-year-old athletes' career planning activities were at a higher level, the sporty success rate of athletes between the ages of 14-17 increased comparing the sporty success of athletes between the ages of 18-21 and 22-25; and athletes who exist in TOPC more duration had more achievements in Olympic branches.
