Privatization in Turkey and the situation of Nazilli Sumerbank on the result of privatization application with rantability and productivity analysis.

For this aim,an emprical study has been applied on the basis of the previous studies and literature by usingthe secondary data method. As a conclusion, it is preferred to ask the questions of ?when isprivatization carried on, which field is suitable for the privatization, which conditions shouldbe used and which companies should be privatized?? instead of ?is privatization necessary ornot?? about the privatization which has gained importance for the process of change in theworld.
