Abstract (EN)

In this study, teacher training, school administrator training and education economy policies of Turkey and Singapore, Japan, Estonia, Taiwan and Finland, which are the 5 most successful countries in 2015 PISA, were examined. Suggestions were made for the Turkish education system. In this study, document analysis design, one of the qualitative research methods, was used. Findings were created based on the education ministries, official institutions and organizations, official statistics websites of the countries. In addition, national and international articles and books were examined. As a result of the research; It has been understood that the countries examined have made a multidimensional analysis in the teacher training systems during the teacher selection and training phase. According to the practice in Turkey, anyone with sufficient points in the teaching department can become a teacher. It has been revealed that countries have a policy that has been going on for years at the point of training school administrators, and that there are problems in raising school administrators in Turkey due to the constantly changing administrative regulations. Compared to the countries studied, Turkey invests less in education economy.
