Since the advertising agencies established for the effective and efficient promotion of a product or service with the help of different specialist and navy staff have come to the fore with the potential to create added value and qualified employment in the advertising industry within the creative industries, the recruitment process for those who work in advertising agencies is very important.As a matter of fact, in advertising agencies which include different task positions, the selection of the appropriate members according to the tasks defined with different requirements and the particular attention paid to the roles and tasks still preserves its existence as an unanswered a question. In this context, job announcements of the advertising agencies of our country operating in the advertising industry are examined by means of content analysis in this study, and these announcements have been assessed by considering the following questions particularly: What tasks are the agencies sought? What criteria are emphasized in terms of duties, and what kind of employee profile is desired?
