Abstract (EN)

While the organisations providing health services are medical instituations, they are foundations that also have economical and social purposes. It has a place in managing these organitastions by scientific norms towards to people and instituations that taking, offering and financing healty services. It is became compulsory that productivity and effectiveness must be increased after increasing demand and cost in hospitals. The most important factor in increasing productivity and effectiveness is the stracture of management and organisation. Rising the sizes and costs of hospital have made the importance of the hospitals management and administration increase accordingly.The education of the managers who are needed for different executive levels of healty instituations is also carrying another importance. In this study; health services, hospitals concept and puplic hospitals associations have been approached and also historical development and current situations have been observed. It also attempts to executive education, but after the application of the doctor-centered research continues, but it is a fact that has become a business in need of professional management of health services is emerging results.
