Hisba foundation during the Anadolu Selçuklu state

Hisba foundation, which occurred after Islam show up, related wholly Islamic and turk-islamic state's administrative structure. Muhtesibs were responsible for control of bazaar shops, supply of staple food, control of meausuring devices and especially they were charge of public moral rules. Muhtesibs had an important position in the administrative structure of the anadolu selçuklu state who were authorized for economic affairs, commercial affairs, abservation of the money value and public moral rules. They were appointed to this position by head of the state.and they were paid some money with the name of "ihtisap resmi" in this period they had some assistants at work.
