Erzincan at the time of the Turkey Seljuks (625-685/1228-1288)

In this study, the findings obtained by examining the topic "Erzincan in the time of Turkey Seljuks" were examined under three sections. The first chapter covers the historical geography of Erzincan and the pre-dominance of Turkey Seljuks. In this section, we tried to inform about Erzincan's historical geography and how geography influenced the history of a region and how it contributed. We aimed to reinforce the historical significance of Erzincan's predominance of Seljuks In the second part, we discussed the political events in Erzincan during the Turkey Seljuks İkbal era. In this study, we tried to uncover that Erzincan had repeatedly changed hands throughout history, in every era of this city, political, structure, and compiling the major events, wars, disasters that this region witnessed. In the third chapter, the economic life, trade, income, markets, agriculture of the province of Erzincan, it's about livestock, industry. We tried to give information about Erzincan's social life, people and religious beliefs. The Erzincan region is located on a fertile plain, and is located at an important crossroads in the east-west and north-south direction. As the level of prosperity increases in the city, which has been engaged in commercial activities due to its geography, science and cultural activities have also improved. Mengücekliler were loyal to this state in the early stages of their declaration because they contributed to the Seljuks State of Turkey in the process of its establishment. In this way, they have made the dominated Erzincan region one of the leading regions of the era economically and socially. The region was destabilized, both economically and socially regressed, as Beylik Selçuklu opposed his rule. Social and political disorders have brought about the end of the gentleman.
