Abstract (EN)
Civil aviations problems and solutions was applied on 108 THY staff in Atatürk Airport. Civil Aviation Problems and Solutions system was Improved by Serkan Batur and was used for this reason. Outcome on the survey is; there is no foundation on Civil Aviation. Not getting enough employment from Civil Aviation Vocational School graduates. Should be ticket prices for middle income people. The solutions for Civil Aviations these problems also could be solved by, State and Private Companies collabration. Tecnical support by the State to Aviation companies, on new Airport being build can be a big help for good results, too. Key Words : Civil Aviation, Developments, Problems
