Abstract (EN)
The process started in 2011 which is known as Arab spring has included Syria along with many Middle East countries. After that a large number of Syrian refugees fleeing the conflicts that have taken refugee in neighboring countries as Turkey. Turkey that is following "open door policy" has hosted many refugees and has provided temporary protection. Undertaken this big responsibility be supported public and social policy. In the first part of the conceptual and theoretical analysis of working in this direction, the theories of assimilation, integration and multiculturalism have been touched upon after explaining the basic concepts. In the second part, legal texts constituting the legal basis of national and international asylum law and integration policies are included. In the last part, an attempt was made to analyze the integration policies in education, employment and health issues in Turkey in the context of the theoretical and legal framework mentioned in the first two chapters. Drawing a general picture of legal regulation and applied policies, it is the main aim of the study to be aware of the points about integration, to raise awareness about the problems encountered and to make suggestions and suggestions for eliminating the deficiencies in the applications. As a result of the study of the descriptive method and the literature scanning method, it was found that at the beginning of the process Turkey was away from permanent politics due to the guest sense, but after 2013 this situation changed. It has unwieldy public policies Syria crisis has comprised of many factors like foreign policy, irregular immigration and economic cost. However Turkey has tried to apply long term policies for social and cultural accordance and acceptance. This aarticle has discussed the legal status of Syrians who have lived in Turkey and temporary protection regulation. This article aims to create awareness what is happening and in this direction submission of suggestion.
