Abstract (EN)
Today, Turkey is loosing 30 million hectare farmland because of reasons such as industrialization,urbanization,erosion,floods,fires,earthquakes,global warming despite the increase in food demand. Also grains covers the important part of energy needs. Agricultural products specialized stock market where the products get processed,these products prices are determined, goods, service, production factors and buyers and sellers to come face to face, where economic decisions can be taken and its the most common example of market consept. Products specilized stock market and licensed warehouse co-operated licensed warehouses products will be certified,quality control standards are measured and for now it can be stored in warehouses for up to 12 months. First step of licensed warehouse and connected product stock market was made in 2003 at İzmir but for now it is only open in selected areas. Spreading to a wider area each day these licensed warehouses and connected product stock markets will carry us to the place we deserve. This deserved place where we are at the top of the agriculturel export, happy farmers, can consume every type of product without worrying about GMO safely and economically.
