Abstract (EN)
Unexpected crisis and is not predictable, quick and immediate response must be given to the organization or lack of business understanding and adaptation, making the existing values, goals and assumptions are threatening stress situations.Uncertainty in business risk, the risk is creating the crisis. Tourism in crisis, a country's tourism industry or in some businesses, uncontrollable natural disasters, socio-economic changes, terrorism and conflict, the wrong policies or management errors, big losses suffered, or even bankruptcy risk and to face and solve these problems in a new organizational structure seeking to enter into the situation can be described as. Crisis management, this will allow for damages to escape with minimum loss to be taken towards the right policies and measures to be spent with the process implies. In times of crisis, managers have to decide very quickly.
