The dispersion rate for the students according to their ages was specified as 1% under 14,19.6% between 14-16, 79.6% between 17-19 and 7% 20+. 58.8% of the students was at 11th class (level). And the remaining was at 12th class (level). It was analyzed if there was a synergism between the education and the all-inclusive system by the view of the students. A considerable variation was determined (p> 0.05). Opinions of the educators, about all directions of the system and practice of the system with regard to correlation among education, the system and the sector, arenegative. However, the influence of the system on the education has been accepted positively by the students and they are aware of their teachers? negative opinions on the system. Suspense?s of the educators on training of the qualified personnel have given rise to their negative foresights on the all- inclusive system. However, the students, who take place in the system, have not agreed to the fore sights of their teachers at the same rate. In the light of this survey, the connection between the tourism sector and the tourism education, that have different characteristics, should be reappraised in distinctdimensions.
