Comparison of school managers? training and being appointed period between Turkish Republic and other Turkish Republics

Reformation in education had started in the places where turkish population lived intensely in the last periods of ottoman empire in the context of westernization movements and this was reflected to turkish republic as ?innovation?. It has gained importance to know the education management period in the construction of SSCB (Soviet Socialist Republic Union) and the politics about education management after the Independence.Atatürk had stated the importance of other Turkish Republic like this: It is needed to know the application of school management of Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan to reach the aim of the studies which have already done or are going to be done because turkey is the first country to recognize the other Turkish Republics and turkey has the same language, religion, race, culture and history with the other turkish republics.The aim of this research to study the period of school managers? training and appointment and criterions used in this period comparatively in Turkish Republic and other Turkish Republics (Azerbaijan, Kyrgystan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan).The extend of this research is the school managers of Turkish Republich, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan and KazakhstanIn this descriptive research , written press of Turkish Republic and other Turkish Republics, internet searching, document searching and interview methods are used.When the natural and social factors are compared between Turkish Republich and Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan , it is understood that all of the six managements have been affected from them.In the research it is understood that there are many similarities between the school managers? training and being appointed in the other Turkish Republics unlike Turkey. On the other hand, compulsory time period in order to be appointed as a school manager in Turkey is diffirent from other Turkish Republics. When it is compared in the appointment department, there are similarities in the high school period but there are diffinces in the primary education period.
