Abstract (EN)

Throughout history, education has been heard and need to be educated. These needs are variations according to age and lived time. Education in our country has experienced these changes over time. Primary and secondary education became mandatory and compulsory education of an individual is completed then begins the transition to university education. In this process, a person's own desire and ability can go with different alternatives in accordance with the section, it is available in the state and private universities. In this thesis, our country, state and foundation (private) in Political Science at universities and degree of the Department of International Relations and International Relations, compulsory / elective courses, the content of compulsory courses and is given by which universities, faculty / staff names, titles, the numbers and departments have . Also mandatory / number of elective courses in the semester, in comparison foundations and state universities, faculty / staff according to the number of job titles and departments are indicated. Finally, the relevant departments in studying foreign language training of students, which language education compulsory / optional as they take the KPSS general culture by ÖSYM / skills and field lessons and asked lessons in an examination was made of the comparison.
