The subject of this thesis consists of the legal nature of the assets of the fund and its application in Turkey. Our study has been completed in four basic sections. In the first part, terminology related to the concept of fund is presented to create the conceptual framework. Also, examples of using international funds at international levels within the framework of comparative law are examined. In the second part, the effects of asset funds on the financial system are analyzed and information about state capitalism and Santiago principles is presented. The structure of the fund assets in Turkey in the third part of the research and provides information about the legal nature. In this context, sources, privileges and exemptions are examined. In the last part of the study, the applications made in terms of the audit of the Wealth Fund are discussed. In this context, information on parliamentary control, public opinion and administrative control is presented.
