Turkey Women's volleyball play 1. challenges faced by the athletes in the league

The purpose of this research is to determine the extent of the problems of female athletes playing in professional leagues with the qualitative data analysis method. In this context, the answer to the question "What are the problems of professional female volleyball players?" form. It is observed that women's problems have reached important dimensions all over the world. In the borders of our country, it can be said that the place and role of women and the struggle for life in this context started to be examined and taken seriously by both individual and non-governmental organizations. However, the data put forward by scientific studies and the discussions it will initiate with other scientific studies will make the struggle on women's problems meaningful. Based on this idea, this study that we carried out to identify the problems of women volleyball players in their professional sports life, reveals its importance in terms of understanding the women's problems in a large frame and the efforts to eliminate these problems.
