Establishment of a company with foreign capital in Turkey

Foreign capital investments come to a country in various ways including foreign debts, direct investment, foreign aid, and portfolio investments based on their qualifications. The subjects of this study are the foreign-capital companies that can be established in our country through foreign direct investment, which is a type of foreign capital investment, and how these companies are established. The study aims to examine the historical development of foreign direct investments and the legal regulations in Turkish law in this matter and, to demonstrate the establishment of foreign capital companies, which is one of the ways of investment in our country, within the scope of the legislation. Considering that the reason for foreign capital investments choosing our country is to gain profit, my study has been guided by the idea that it is useful to the extent the action for reconciling the interests of our country and foreign companies and, determining how foreign capital can benefit our country by following the right policies in this regard.
