Türkiye'de yayılış gösteren bazı Crupina (Pers.) DC. (Asteraceae)türleri üzerinde anatomik bir çalışma

In this study, two species of Crupina belonging to Asteraceae family have been investigated comparatively anatomical aspects. Crupina vulgaris Pers ex. Cass collected from Bingöl at 1500-1600 m. Crupina crupinastrum (Moris) Vis collected from Niğde at 1400-1450 m and in Malatya at 1000-1100 m. These species are single year old and are in herbaceous form. The herbaceous and upright stems of the species are stellate and polygonal. The leaves of the species are quite small and carry hairs on them. Some of the collected samples were fixed in 70% ethanol for anatomical studies. Other plant samples were dried for morphological observations and included in the herbarium collection of Celal Bayar University Department of Biology (CBAH). The root, stem and leaf parts of both species were examined comparatively and differences were determined. When looking at the root structures of the two taxa, the cortex covers a narrow area under the single-row epidermis and the vascular tissue covers a very large area. In the stem structures of the taxa, the cortex is in a narrow area and there are single-row vascular bundles. The leaf sections of the two taxa have prominent cover hairs at the ends. The results are shown with photographs and tables.
