Abstract (EN)

Molecular methods are used to identify organisms belonging to different taxa and to determine their phylogenetic relationships. SOI and 16S rRNA genes in the mitochondrial genome are DNA barcode regions. In this study, molecular characterization of some opiliones species distributed in Turkey belonging to Nemastomatidae, Sclerosomatidae and Phalangiidae families were investigated using the SO and 16S rRNA genes. 127 individuals belonging to 17 species were examined in the study. The nucleotide sequences obtained by the Sanger-Coulson method were viewed in the Finch TV 1.4 program. Sequences were analyzed with Codon Code Aligner V.8.0: 2 program. The datas of two-way sequence was recorded in Fasta format. Genealogical trees were constructed by using Neighbor joining method in Mega 7.0.26 program and genetic distance was determined. Median joining Network analysis was performed for haplotypes belonging to Nelima pontica Charitonov, 1941 species. Five haplotypes of 9 individuals studied for 16S rRNA gene region and three haplotypes of 4 individuals studied for SOI gene region were determined. According to the results of phylogenetic analysis, 16S rRNA gene region datas supported morphological characters in opilioned taxonomy than SOI gene region datas.
