Abstract (EN)
Objective: In this study, phylogenetic analysis of Bornmuellera species grown in Anatolia was conducted based on trnL-F, trnL intron, trnQ-rps16 and rbcL regions.. Material and Methods: The study materials included the specimens of Bornmuellera cappadocia, Bornmuellera glabrescens, Bornmuellera kiyakii, Bornmuellera angustifolia species. The collected specimens, by looking at the identification key from Flora of Turkey were identified by Assoc. Dr. Mehmet Yavuz PAKSOY. Bornmuellera species were brought to the laboratory, some of them were used for genomic DNA isolation and some of them were preserved as herbarium specimens. Results: MEGA 6.0 program was used both phylogenetic analyzis and the detection of genetic distances. For the trnL-F region, the mean nucleotide composition was determined as 73.4% (A+T), 26% (G+C). For the trnL intron, 62.9% (A+T), 37% (G+C), for trnQ-rps16, 70.1% (A+T), 70.1% 29.9% (G+C) and for rbcL 55.6% (A + T), %44.4% (G + C) content were determined. The lowest distance for the trnL intron region was found 0.003 while the highest distance was 0.029. The lowest distance for the trnL-F region was found 0.012 while the highest distance was 0.038 The lowest distance for the trnQ-rps16 region was found 0.022 while the highest distance was 0.052. The lowest distance for the rbcL region was found 0.002 while the highest distance was 0.005. Conclusion: As a result of the data obtained of the study, Bornmuellera species were collected in a group. In the trnL-F tree, both 4 Anatolian Bornmuellera species and 4 Balkan Bornmuellera species a same group were found. The emergence of Bornmuellera species in a single group in various phylogenetic studies conducted in the past years supported our study.
