Abstract (EN)

Since the early ages, the Turkish nation left their mother land, which is Turkistan. By spreading around different regions, they made those places their homeland. The Turkish nation has increased its affects on the other nations via both religion and blood ties. However, starting from 19. Century, The Ottoman/Turkish Empire that once expansed 3 continents and 3 million km² started to lose lands. Afterwards, millions of Turks and groups of relatives were made to migrate to the lands of Anatolian Turkey, leaving the countries and regions that they once expansed. The fact that The Turks and relative groups made to migrate to Anatolian lands is the key factor of founding the modern Republic of Turkey in terms of military, economical, cultural and mental issues. On the other hands, inspite of a number of individual and mass migrations to Anatolian Turkey, a good number of Turkish people keep living in the regions as a diasporic group by not leaving the lands that they have been living. Besides, more than 6.5 millions of Turkish people, leaving their country mostly because of economical reasons, caused significant Turkish diasporas in different countries. Even though both the Turkish and relative groups who did not immigrate and kept their numbers accountable and effect and also Turkish migrations from the modern Republic of Turkey to abroad has brought some problems along, we strongly believe that it's possible to reverse these problems with the help of serious studies which will be done on these issues. The healthy relationship and communication between the ones who immigrate to our country and the diasporas abroad will provide our country with economic, political, cultural and social aspects. It is thought that building up a civil the bridge between the migrate groups and the ones left out will help The Republic of Turkey in terms of national security and the continuity of the state. Key words: Migration, Immigrate, Diaspora, State Security
