Abstract (EN)
The aim of this research is to suggest as to how the human resources and how those resources should be utilized in near future. In this way the people who especially in the selection of new occupation, might be have the benefit provided by this research.The sample group of this research was composed of 698 personnel from 9 ministries, 5 faculties of 2 universities, 5 enterprises.The data of this research were collected with the help of questionnaire which was prepared by the researcher. Reliability tests, Independent Sample t-Test and One-way ANOVA analizes was made with SPSS 11,5.It is determine that over 50% of people don?t like their professions and for this reason they want to change their jobs. The people, who participate in this research declared that computer programmer, genetic engineering, computer system engineering/analizing and expert relation with EU will be preferred in the future of 10 years in Turkey.
