Abstract (EN)
The technology, especially it technology has become very important situation which is humanity is watching amazingly. Today, it is used in everywhere in our most important parts of daily life. As a result of widely using internet have caused by being discussed most of concepts. One of the concepts is e-government which means many public services can be done by using communications technologies. Turkey has e-government and e-business practices. In practice, there are some advantages but also have some risks. One of the risks is just waiting from computers good practices of e-government functions like making process and analyzing, sharing managements, solving problems, efficiency about jobs, shorting job time and challenge of being an e-servant. Second risk is that computer related crimes like theft, insult, swindling, counterfeiting, murder and terrorism are seeing widely. Third risk is that electronic watching is becoming important issue which is making by collecting every trace of it and e-government users.
