The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of job passion and job satisfaction on intention to stay in the organization. For this purpose, job passion, job satisfaction and intention to stay in the organization scales whose validity and reliability have been determined in the literature were used. The questionnaire was applied to 391 people working in the hotel sector in Antalya by purposive sampling method. Correlation and regression analyses were used in the analysis of the study. According to the results of the correlation analysis, it was concluded that there is a significant and positive relationship between the variables of passion for work, job satisfaction and intention to stay in the organization. According to the results of regression analysis, it was determined that the effect of job passion and job satisfaction on intention to stay in the organization was positive. In addition, there is a positive relationship between job passion and job satisfaction. Based on this result, it is hoped that it will contribute to strategic planning such as creating the right organizational structure for the hotel businesses subject to the research and planning appropriate job opportunities. As a result of the literature review, it contributes to the literature with the fact that there is no research on hotel employees in Antalya with the variables used in the research.
