Abstract (EN)
This study aims to make the most appropriate decision by comparing the technical features of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) Systems used in the military with hybrid multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) method. As is known, the adoption and maintenance of a new system in modern armies causes very high costs. For this reason, it has become inevitable for decision makers to resort to scientific approaches before making these decisions. Although many classical MCDM methods have been used in previous studies in this context, it is seen that hybrid models have become widespread to weight the criteria and to obtain the minimum error rate in the decision-making processes. For this purpose, the technical data of four UAVs suitable for military use were collected from open sources. A decision matrix consisting of eleven criteria was created with five expert opinions and technical data. ITARA and ROC methods are combined with the Bayesian approach to reach the best result when weighting the criteria. The single weighted criteria were analyzed with the VIKOR and COPRAS method and meaningful results were obtained to help the decision maker.
