Özet (EN)

In the first part of this work, a new, facile method has been developed for the synthesis of 1,2,3,4-tetrasubstituted pyrrole derivatives by one-pot multicomponent reaction of 1,3-dicarbonyl compounds, primary amines and trans-β-nitro styrene in acidic media. Environmentally friendly, recyclable, inexpensive and readily available lactic acid was used as dual solvent and catalyst. In this new method, 1,2,3,4-tetrasubstituted pyrrole derivatives were synthesized in high yields and their structures were characterized by spectroscopic analysis methods. In the second part of the study, heteroaryl chalcone compounds containing 1,2,3,4-tetrasubstituted pyrrole unit were synthesized for the first time in good to high yields by Claisen-Schmidt condensation reaction. The structures of these compounds were identified by FT-IR, 13C NMR, 1H NMR. Lastly, the antimicrobial activity of newly synthesized pyrrole-chalcone compounds and 1,2,3,4-tetrasubstituted pyrrole derivatives against Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteries were tested.
