Abstract (EN)
Current cadastral systems are two dimensional. Therefore 3D property rights and restrictonscan not be registred and not fixed their legal status in these systems. The need for 3Dinformation is increasing day by day in vertical grown up cities.Cadastre, was used for proposing land tax at the first time, is defined as being geographicalinformation systems which modelling between human and land relationships and cadastreturns into multi-layer cadastre at the present. Consequently, 3D cadastre should be examinedin GIS and integrated with querying 3D right and restriction at least property units ingeospatial database for modelling property rights and physical objects.3D cadastre is obliged to provide 3D spatial data for others working fields to make possible3D geospatial analyse, like city planning, land modelling, engineering projects, land taxescollecting, environment protection, culturel heritage protection, disaster management etc.By the reason of missing 3D topology, current information systems do not make 3Dgeospatial analysis perfectly. In this thesis aimed that some 3D queries can be made in thecreated database.Conceptual and logical system design was implemented with UML (Unified ModellingLanguage) by using Microsoft Visio 2003 software and datatypes which supported ESRIArcGIS. On the other hand, 3D Models were formed by using MicroStation V8 and ArcScene9.0 softwares.Keywords: 3D Cadastre, GIS, Object Oriented Database Designingix
