This study was carried out to determine the concentrations of some heavy metal - micronutrient (Cu, Mn, Fe and Zn) in the leaves, fibers, seed coats and kernels of the three different colored (white, brown and green) natural cotton genotypes (Gossypium hirsutum L.). The concentration of the copper in the fibers of the white, brown and green colored were 0.92, 1.23 and 1.58 mg/kg respectively. The concentration of the manganese in the fibers of the white, brown and green colored were 4.73, 6.94 and 11.20 mg/kg respectively. The concentration of the zinc in the fibers of the white, brown and green colored were 2.27, 2.94 and 5.49 mg/kg respectively. The concentration of the iron in the fibers of the brown, white and green colored were 4.24, 7.29 and 12.43 mg/kg respectively. The concentrations of iron were lowest with 4.24 mg/kg in fibers of brown colored. The concentrations of zinc were lowest and similar with 2.27 and 2.94 mg/kg in fibers of white and brown colored cotton, respectively. But were the highest with 5.49 mg/kg in fibers of green colored cotton. The concentrations of heavy metal-micronutrient in the parts of the cotton genotypes examined, were lowest in the white colored cotton fiber genotype, however the highest values were obtained from green colored cotton fiber genotype, but the brown colored cotton fiber genotype values were between the white and the green colored cotton fiber genotypes.
