The evaluation of hadiths which are related with three talaqs in terms of narration techni̇que

This study has been prepared for the aim of hadiths that are related with three talaqs and opinions comes out concernig this topic in terms of narration technique. This subject has very important role in Islamic family law which has been struggled muslim jurists/faqihs both durig the Prophed Muhammad and after him. The muslim scholars whom have not reach clear evidence from the Holy Quran about three talaqs have head twords to hadiths which is second source of Islamic jurisprudence and have generated rules from it. Hence, the narrations which has been reaced related/concerning the topic shows disparity literally and meaning. Sometimes same narration has been used as sourece by whom has different opinions and sometimes this narrations has been used without any attention in terms of authenticity. In this point, studying the narrations which jurists have based on rules has a great importance. In our study, we are going to exemine the hadiths which are the scholors has generated rules from it about three talaqs and these hadiths are being exemined in terms of hadith narration technique and we are going to come out it's meanig and thrutfulness.
