The effect of consideration level of wage determinants on work environment

In terms of growth, continuity and stability of businesses, employee satisfaction, motivation, participation and performance are of great importance. It is important to determine the current practices of wage determination in today's world and what kind of changes the positive or negative consequences of these practices will create on the business, the employee and the society. In this research, which is based on the historical development of the labor-capital relationship, the effects of the factors that were later included in this relationship in the changing world, and the increases and decreases in their order of importance, and the balance of preferences and interests that emerged as a result of the never-changing human nature, and which is based on the concepts of satisfaction, belonging, institutional memory, merit, and experience, primarily equity, the methods applied in the private sector and the contributions of employees and employers with different visions and conditions to the formation of the current order are emphasized. The data for this study, which utilized qualitative research methods, were collected through interviews with 21 individuals working in various private enterprises operating in the production and service sectors in Isparta province and their employers. The findings reveal the extent to which the factors taken into consideration by the employer when determining wages are taken into consideration by the employee and what tendencies they show in work behaviors at what level of awareness. The study provides insight into human resource management studies on how wage satisfaction levels affect expectations by providing comprehensive information about employees' views on how variables such as their sense of belonging to the company, their awareness of the crisis market or their contribution to output are reflected in their wages. The importance of the research increases because the literature is kept up to date and it was conducted during a period of high inflation.
